On June 4, 2012, the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) published a notice of public meeting advising interested parties that a public meeting will be conducted in preparation for the 41st session of the United Nations Sub-Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (UNSCOE TDG) being held June 25 to July 4, 2012 in Geneva Switzerland. Proposals for the 18th Revised Edition of the United Nations Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations will be considered by UNSCOE TDG.
The meeting is being held June 13, 2012 at the Department of Justice (DOT) headquarters. PHMSA is soliciting comments pertaining to potential new work items to be considered for inclusion in the international agenda.
