The Wicks Group (TWG) gathered with industry leaders at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Annual Global Leadership Meeting (AGLM), held April 22–23, 2026. Hosted by the Federal Aviation Administration, this premier forum convenes global aviation leaders from government and industry to advance collaboration on safety oversight, regulatory innovation, and emerging aviation priorities.
TWG was represented by Managing Director Glenn Wicks, Vice President of Consulting Services Larry Fields, Senior Technical Consultant John Benning, and Director for Consulting Services Lenica Morales Valenzuela.
The 11th AGLM opened with a fireside chat featuring FAA Administrator Bryan Bedford and included high-level discussions on the FAA’s international engagement through the International Civil Aviation Organization, the advancement of global aviation safety through Safety Management Systems (SMS) and risk-based oversight, and the development of the Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS). Day two focused on regional implementation of FAA priorities and perspectives on U.S. leadership in global aviation. Closing remarks were delivered by FAA Deputy Administrator Chris Rocheleau.
TWG’s participation underscores its commitment to supporting civil aviation authorities, air carriers, and government stakeholders worldwide in strengthening regulatory frameworks, and enhancing safety oversight. Through its work across international aviation markets, TWG continues to play a key role in advancing global aviation standards and fostering cross-border collaboration.
