CHRISTOPHER SUNDBERG
Associate
Christopher Sundberg is an Associate at The Wicks Group. As a new member of the firm, he works to support other attorneys in their regulatory and commercial practices. The regulatory matters primarily involve the Department of Transportation, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration. His commercial transaction work includes airport research and contract drafting. He also provides support for litigation matters. Mr. Sundberg also participates in the firm’s international aviation consulting projects in Asia and the Middle East.
Prior to joining The Wicks Group, Mr. Sundberg worked as both a network analyst and revenue analyst for US Airways. This experience yielded a detailed understanding of the commercial aviation industry, exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytic skills, and skill with forecast methodologies. He also worked for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

• Researched and assisted with drafting an analysis of the benefits to countries transitioning their Civil Aviation Authority from FAA Category 2 to Category 1 status. |
• Drafted summaries of proposed regulatory changes in support of a safety oversight improvement project for the Republic of Azerbaijan State Civil Aviation Authority
• Researched and drafted memoranda for litigation involving a contract dispute between an air carrier and a freight forwarder
• Researched and prepared a guide to state laws regarding adhesion contracts and non-compete agreements
• Performed market research and analysis in support of a business aviation and airport consulting project for the Singapore Civil Aviation Authority
• Performed market research and designed inventory and pricing changes for a major US passenger airline |
