LISA A. HARIG
Counsel
Lisa Harig is Counsel at The Wicks Group. She has more than 15 years of aviation regulatory and commercial experience. Lisa represents clients in real estate transactions, financing agreements, joint ventures, mergers, asset acquisitions and dispositions, and securities offerings and purchases. She also advises clients in aircraft and other equipment leasing, leveraged lease transactions, crossborder leases, and operating leases, and the purchase and sale of new and used aircraft. In addition, Lisa regularly provides advice on general corporate governance and compliance issues.
Prior to joining The Wicks Group, Lisa was an attorney with a national consulting firm, a major Washington, D.C. law firm, and a major U.S. airline. She is active in animal rescue organizations. |

• Represented client in a private equity investment in a Mauritius company
• Represented publicly-traded company in the acquisition of business jet aircraft and related corporate structuring matters
