Randa Hayes is a Senior Consultant at The Wicks Group. She specializes in policies and procedures documentation/ improvement and the development of technical handbooks for aviation-related entities. She also assists with regulatory work for the firm’s airline and business aircraft clients.
Prior to joining The Wicks Group, Randa held consulting positions with a regional airline and an aviation law firm. She also held teaching positions in two university aviation degree programs. |

• Drafted airman training handbooks on diverse topics for
the Federal Aviation Administration
• Facilitated applications and other regulatory approvals or
exemptions from the DOT and FAA for foreign air carriers
based in the Middle East
• Prepared several administrative cases at pre-trial and trial
stage (airman certificate actions and civil penalty cases)
before the Department of Transportation and National
