Glenn Wicks is the founder and Managing Director of The Wicks Group, PLLC. Glenn has more than 25 years of experience in providing legal services to clients with aviation-related matters. His legal practice encompasses regulatory, commercial, and international matters, as well as broader assistance with business start-up needs.

Prior to founding TWG, Glenn was associated with the aviation practices of two major Washington, DC law firms. Since founding TWG, Glenn has led its development into a highly regarded specialty legal firm. His skills and expertise are well-known in the aviation community, and he is a regular speaker at national and international aviation seminars and conferences.

  • Representing numerous airlines in their regulatory, commercial, and litigation matters
  • Representing airports and airport operators in regulatory compliance matters, commercial transactions, and litigation
  • Advising major product manufacturers, a leading express delivery company, packagers and shippers, and freight forwarders on compliance with hazardous materials transportation regulations and representing them in US government enforcement actions
  • Representing an industrial packaging trade association on hazardous materials regulatory requirements and other matters
  • Drafting new or revised aviation laws and regulations for foreign governments
  • Representing aircraft and simulator manufacturers in FAA certification matters
  • Representing major aircraft purchasers in transactions before the Export-Import Bank
  • Representing airlines in aircraft acquisition and aircraft disposition
  • Representing a foreign flag carrier in a US government investigation of possible violations of US antitrust law
